Involved in final inspection after machining operations like deep core and cavity Pockets, Side Core Pockets, Angle Heel Locking, Angle Pinholes, other value added services(Complete accessories required for mould base) as per the die / mould design of customer, etc

Capable of developing fully Quality Assurance Report.

The finished mould bases are dispatched to the client along with the Quality Assurance Report.

Hands-on experience with quality management systems (QMS) and testing methods.
