Job profile- 

To learn and understand preparing Preliminary Technical Review

(PTR) for new product to understand the feasibility. Which enlists 

product details like part weight, material details, master batch 

requirement, packaging specs, decoration specification, electronics, 

accessories, Machine tonnage, Annual capacity requirement along 

with the machine loading, manpower requirement.

Supporting in project Execution from scratch (i.e.) Customer Enquiry to Production handover and supporting till the overall project 

technical delivery for International Customer like Hasbro, Spin Master, etc.

Reverse engineering, Design modification, design improvement for injection molding & various secondary operations like Ultrasonic welding, heat stacking, pad printing, Screen printing.

Design and development of various fixtures required for ease of assembly, suggest & implement improvement for bottlenecks in stages of product development.

Cycle time study & Line balancing according to Tack time

Preparation of document for final handover to production like 

Assembly procedure, APQP document, PFMEA, Quality plan, Process Flow Chart, Part drawings with CTQ for QC and Control plan

Based on changes suggested by customer, Preparation of standard document like ECN & trial reports for prompt implementation.
