Change covering of two plate & hot runner molds.

To maintain Hot Runner Temperature Controller (HRTC).  

While Running the machine replacing which is broken insert giving First Article Inspection Report (FAIR) With highlighting part Drawing .

If found Burn mark issue in component resolving the issues while running the machine.

To maintain shift Register regarding the worked done.

To operate Injection Molding Machine ( FANUC , DEMAG , ARBURG , VERTICAL MOLDING MACHINE) .

Calculated Dimensions and tolerance using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micro meter , vernier caliper, digital vernier caliper.

To check the flash Deviation in Vertical Measuring System (VMS).
