Follow the production plan for any mould changes, trail, color changes, etc. 

To optimize raw material consumption, machine utilisation and minimize down time.

To monitor all the process parameters in injection molding machines, and sprue picker robots.

Controlling the production process as per management approved specification.

Man power handling and getting output from them. 

Workers health, safety monitoring and following.

Solving the process related problems during production. 

Taking responsibility of day to day products manufacturing and their quality.

Daily reporting to production manager.
