Reporting to Production Manager.

Looking Manpower setup as per machine.

Process Stabilization.

All record maintain for smooth operation.

Colour mixing planning at all items for M/c. without effecting Production flow for 30 hours.

Proper Training to operator for handling m/c. and trouble shooting of processing and machine problems.

Quality Inspection.

New mould and material trial.

ISO Documentation and maintain system 5-S system.

To maintain record like process sheet production planning, daily production report, stock register, consumption report etc.

Looking after day to day activities production schedules and allocating work for achieving monthly production target.

Make planning for preventive maintenance of moulds and monitoring its effectiveness.

Implementing statistical techniques for Identity the root cause of the problem.

Finding methods, procedures improvements by immediate correction action for smoother operation.

From April 2011 to Nov. 2013 with Fancy Fitting Ltd., Sachin (Surat) & Daman as a Shift Incharge. Manufacturing of IKEA Item, Dralla, Chopping Board, Pressaclip, Door Handle, Hanger, Luggage fitting, Toys Item by using raw material PP, PPCP, LDPE, SAN, HIPS, GPPS, EVA etc.



From Jan. 2007 to March 2011 with Power Mould Unit of Polyset Plastic Ltd., Dabhel, Daman as a Production Engineer. Manufacturing of Household Item such as Bucket, Tub, Container, Mug, Chair & Symphone Cooler Item by using raw material, HDPE, PPHP, PPCP, LDPE, ABS, NYLON, HIPS etc.



From Jan. 2002 to Dec. 2006 with Aman Medical Product Pvt. Ltd., Bhimpore, Daman as a Production Engineer. Manufacturing of  Injection Syringe Trade name HITECH Syringe by using raw material PP & PVC.
