Technical services work for quality control, NPD function and as a representative of customers.

Exploring full quality testings of PET, BOPP, METALLIZE & COATED FILMS.

Knowing various testing methods, quality parameters, quality defects and probable reason and action plan to resolve the defects etc.

Full knowledge of function and operation of critical tests like OTR & WVTR for Film product.

Full knowledge of Packaging material standards, loading, unloading & its structure.

Analysis of customer complaints, preparing CAPA's

Involving in regular Audits, reports, preparing action plan.

Knowledge in material control, material handling and inventory management.

Attending customer visits to address the complaints like ITC, AMCOR, HPPL etc.

Also having knowledge of process and production activities of film plant.

Involvement and Knowledge about pest controlling system.

Involvement in activities organized in PDC & TPM system and adoption these activities in regular work culture.
