Job profile- 

Reporting to Head QA of the Company.

Working as an analyst and leader for QA dept. in (Incoming, in process, PDI).

Attending DWM Meeting on daily basis.

Preparation of customer complaints & customer rejection summary report with submission of A3 reports as customer required.

Preparation of MIS for Internal and External objectives, Customer PPM and concerns, Testing, Calibration, Incoming & trainings, etc.

Preparing of SPC (Statistical process control) for critical characteristics and MSA for attribute and variable gauging.

Looking customer requirement as per customer and fulfill them. 

Leading various improvement projects like Kaizen, Group improvement activities.

Monitoring of dimensional reports/PDI reports/Layout inspection reports as per drawing.

Patrol / In-process Inspection of parts during molding as per Inspection Std.

To make Setup Approval Report / first Part approval (FPA) as per Inspection Standard and last part Inspection at the time of Mold unloading

Inform and resolve the Quality issues with molding dept. jointly.

Take corrective and preventive action of the issues observed at molding stage

Providing Training to QC Inspectors for Product Quality and Visual Inspection

Handling of NC product and its countermeasures and disposal.

Updating & Monitoring weight and cycle time data on daily basis / shift wise.

Attend the customer Complaint & Resolve the problem.

Make the one point lesson & WI as required.

Responsible for Daily Red Bin Meeting/Morning Meeting.

Inspection of parts and Customer specific requirement inspection
