Handling height gauge, wall thickness m/c, vernier caliper, cap fitment machine, 

induction selling test machine, oven for HDPE ESCR test machine, vacuum test machine.

Make first piece approval of all product match with Reference sample.

On-line product &in-process parameter inspection. daily analysis report of on-line all product/drop test report, product weight report, caps wadding fitment report, 

leakage test validation.

To supervises production activities ,machine functionality verification before start of 

production target of right quality& Control rejection of products of filling line, 

assembly line & packing line

Analysis of daily defects and action upon it to reduce process rejection/rework

Ensuring proper follow up of different checks, process standards and their timely 

validation

Organizing quality circles for continuous product improvement and cost reduction

To prepare and update PQC reports, QCP, Test method, TDS, Work instruction

To maintain instrument calibration and conduct process validation 

Responsible for conduct TSPR of NPI?s and performs all tests as per 

DATP,PATP to ensure smooth flow of operation at development stage and
