Understanding customer requirement for product development.

Assign product design to design team.

Product design review, troubleshooting & final conclusion.

Finalization of product design & send to prototyping.

Compare proto sample with original sample (if available) & apply changes.

Submit proto sample to customer for approval.

Finalization of no. of cavities depending upon customer requirement.

Preparation of Tool indent & approving it from MD & marketing.

Assign mould design to designers, with final details.

Arrange for material, accessories & electrodes order & follow-up.

Review of Mould & electrode design.

Finalization of BOM.

Assign mould process planning, to CNC, EDM & assembly departments.

Offload jobs to vendors for CNC, EDM, Wire-cut, C. Grinding, Polishing, etc based on priority.

Monitoring day to day schedule to avoid any delay.

Planning for mould dispatch & co-ordinate for Trial & production at factory.
