Company profile- Here we are engaged for  manufacturing & assembly of gear shift lever, Parking Brake & Knobs for all  commercial vehicles & cars.



Job profile- 

After receiving new (concept) project details as per export compliance check list, 

we will have discussion thru teleconference meeting about concept design and 

process with R & D team those who are sitting at manufacturing plant around the 

globe.

Generating bill of materials (BOM) for quotation only then send to marketing

department. After final Design generate final BOM.

Prepare 3D CAD Data. 

Developing and preparing product analysis documentation, Assy. & Fitment 

Condition drawings with respect to 3D CAD design and specifications.

Perform the process simulation/analysis (FEA/FEM) on DEFORM Software and with 

respect to FEA results if necessary, need to be modifying the design until to obtain 

optimized design.

Prepare the DFMEA & All supporting Doc. (PST, IFRL, B-Diagram, P-Diagram & 

DFMEA). 

Maintain ECN log.

Interaction with Customer for Design & Validation related activities.

AT & MT gear shifter, Spare Wheel Assembly & Parking Brake Assembly Validation.
