SSC (Secondary school certificate) with 86.16% in 2014 from Q E G Inter College Guruwaliya Kushinagar Uttar Pradesh.

Skill Sets: 
Knowledge of various processes of product development cycle & project management.

? Coordination with customer and supplier with strategic planning to achieve the goal.

? Responsible for day-to-day line rejection analysis, why-why analysis, fills and implement in 

process.

? Maintaining calibration activity of instruments like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height gauge,

The Company produces and supplies range of cooling tower internals, wastewater products, and 

building products including film and splash fills, drift eliminators, nozzles, decking and cladding, and 

other thin and thick sheets. 



Job Profile: 

? Monitoring and measuring the quality performance reviewing existing policies and

planning to improve quality management systems (QMS) to achieve the quality objectives.

? Inspection of incoming materials and maintaining the reports according to specified 

standards.

? In process quality inspection of all products and production processes parameters.

? Preparation of Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) as the specification of the customer.

? Responsible for handling customer and third party inspection.

? Good Coordination with other department production, maintenance and dispatch.

? Review & witness the all plastics material and testing Density, Moisture content, MFI, 

Tensile strength, flexural strength, HDT, VST, Drop Impact, Flammability etc.
