Planning for the maintenance activities during the shift, their execution, trouble shooting, attending to shut-down activities ; Lubrication & Condition Monitoring of the equipment. 

Scheduling and planning preductive preventive and breakdown maintenance  maintenance jobs with key focus on spare availability and root cause analysis.

Responsible for the safe operation of the equipment and the people,

Knowledge of 'Safety' 'Quality' and 'Environment' Management systems 

Preventive Maintenance plan along with condition monitoring plan for each and every equipments

Responsible for spare part management and cost control and uptime maximization by MTTR and MTBF Techniques.

Maintenance of equipment history and ISO : 9000 SYSTEM 

Undertaking regular inspection to prevent accidents and hazard occurrences as well as failure analysis\ breakdown analysis of m\c and equipments.

Tackled problems in belt drive, chain drive, gear drive

Technical hands-on working experience in Hydraulic Power Pack System, Web aligner

Familiar with rotating equipments like, air compressors, pumps

Maintenance of material handling equipments, like Fork lift (Godrej, Voltas), Pallet Trolley (mainy, premier), Hoist (indef, demag)
