1) In process, Inward, FG handling and announcement of previous days 

Safety, complaint, NC, Rej %, abnormalities to the morning meeting as well 

reporting to HO.

2) Water analysis (pH, conductivity, Hardness)

3) Preparation of Documents (Quality Manual and SOP?s) as per ISO 

4) ISO audit and Internal Quality audit handling.

5) Calibration of measuring instrument handling.

6) Handling for New Project and Poka yoke (Mistake proofing).

7) Handling Validation (IQ,OQ,PQ) 

8.) Good communication skill to handle Man power

9) Handling quarterly Audit of Customer

10) Cp & Cpk and Trend analysis

11) Analysis of cost, waste and minimize where ever possible
