Reporting to the Production (HOD) Head of department.

Trouble Shooting of Injection Moulding.

Quality Controlling.

In Process control & maintaining 5S in company.

Daily shop floor meeting with Production Manager as well as worker regarding the issue.

Plastics material handling like PET,ABS, PC,PC+ABS,PP ,GPPS etc.

Maintain necessary documents.

Some other activity like kaizen & poka-yoke.

Ability to Operate Injection Molding Machines-Nanrong 350T to1350T , Ferromatic 275T to 1300T,TOSHIBA 1075T Battlefield 350T etc. injection moulding machine
