Responsible for all production related activity like achieving daily targets, reducing

Rejection, increasing work efficiency, maintain record of daily production.

Distribution of work load to operators in order to achieve daily production target.

Planning day to day production to achieve maximum production.

Supervising hourly production.

Utilization of manpower accurately.

Supervise and solve moulding product issues likewise Short Moulding, Shrinkage,  Silver, Black mark, Over Flash, Burn mark, Weld line, Air bubble etc. 

Organizing daily work at shop floor.

Handling skilled manpower and administration of shop floor.

Ensured proper housekeeping and coordinating with workers.

Simultaneously working towards productivity and quality improvement through                                                   

Kaizen activities.

Mold loading and unloading abilities



INDUSTRIAL SYSTEM :-

Maintain" 5S " and kaizen activities.  

TPM , OEE

Report preparation.

First Aid
