Evaluate and improve production systems

Coordinate purchase and planning activity.

Injection moulding, Thermoforming, Extrusion sheet machines trouble shooting and process control.

Organizing plant start-up and shutdown to ensure minimum loss of production time.

Minimizing the possibilities of machine breakdown by timely intimation to maintenance department, maximum utilization of machinery resources and increase efficiency. 

Assigning junior staff duties and shifts. 

Eliminating Non-Value added activities.

Ensure preventive maintenance of tool, machines and auxiliary equipment. 

Maintaining in-house cycle time and concentrate on cycle time reduction.

Monitoring the tool changeover duration and effective cycle time.

Monitoring raw material consumption.

Providing proper training to all junior staffs and operators.

Maintaining the documents which are followed in production floor

Review Daily Production Report. 

Take Any Decisions Related to Production, planning, purchase Dispatch, and Assembly.
