Responsibilities as Analyst: 

2.5 Years of Experience on mold-flow and moldex3D.

SPOC for the Hard Trim parts & Interacting with customers regarding Mold-flow simulations support to day-to-day CAE requests.

Optimize feed system, cooling channel design and process parameter for injection molded and over molding plastic part.

Carryout mold flow analysis for Hard Trim, Console, Door Trim, and Instrumental panel  parts and support the product and tooling team with analytical insights from the simulations

Support product and tooling teams to identify potential issues 



Responsibilities as Senior Modeler: 

3.5 Years of Experience on Hypermesh & ANSA

CAE Modeler  in Ford Motor Company  Interiors, CAE , Global Engineering Services

SPOC for the IP /Console & Mold Flow Modeling, Interacting with customers  regarding  modeling

Modeling of interior trims of North American Vehicles for Quality Feel Analysis, Head Impact Analysis.

Receiving Data?s from Client, CAD study and estimating the hours

Clarifying the doubt regarding modeling & Cad query with the customer

Maintaining the quality requirements given by client.

Reviewing the completed Components & Creating Assemblies also removing intersections & Penetrations.

Assigning the Material as per Client requirement. 

Giving different connections within the assembly

Delivering the assembly model build with quality for next level or to the Customer as per the request.



Project Engineer:
