Production Executive 

since March? 2007 with leading company that is largest sheet metal supplier for Automobile companies and Fabrication Field. 

Job Responsibility (Working Area) :

New Product Development following APQP level 3rd, 4th & 5th.

Optimum utilization of Man, Machine and Material.

Co-ordinate with Tool room for the development of bending, punching, and draw tools.

Developed the Fuel tank, Bonnet assembly, Inner leg, outer leg, Battery Box, Cross Box, SS foot Boom etc, for the different customer like Claas India, Terex Vectra, JCB and ACE etc.

Developing the Jig, Fixture and Gauge as per requirement of component and assembly.

Raw material plan on shearing m/c, power presses m/c, and power break m/c as per project.

Continuous improvement activities related to jig fixture and gauge.

Maintain the minimum inventory level of tooling as per requirement of production.

Production support to achieve daily production target.

Manufacturing the m/c spare parts through Vendors and other party.

Involve in various development activities regarding tooling and machine.

Working on ERP system. (Bizwiz).
