Job profile- 

Reporting to: Work managers.

New tool development.

Work alongside the manufacturing team to ensure overall program quality , delivery , and cost objectives are achieved 

Develop the new tools parts core, cavity matching, top, bottom plate, spacer blocks, ejector plates, threading, guide pillars.

New product develop analyze with different plastic properties shrinkage.

Follow the all processes of raw materials ordering to tool capitalization.

Daily planning of department, discussion of Kiazen & 5S in present of tool room managers,daily attend department meeting to insure all work proceed properly.



SALIENT FEATURES OF COURSES

Knowledge of jig Boring, Spark Erosion & other special purpose machines.

Working on Conventional machines.

Working knowledge of all types of measuring instrument

Specialized theoretical & Practical knowledge of Press Tools, Injection mould.
