To Maintain Daily Production Reports.

To Maintain Inventory for Raw Material on daily basis.

To Fill daily Moulding Check-sheets,Trimming Check sheets, Trials Reports.

To Fill daily SPC for Moulding, Trimming,& at the time of inspection of development parts.

To Maintain 5S on daily Basis.

To Maintain list of Moulds ,Trimming Anvil, Greasing Adaptor, Assembly Fixture.

To Maintain Record of Product File.

Handover Moulds with all accessories to Production after Running. 

Responsible for 5S and safety inside the shop floor

Injection And Transfer moulding Trails.

Injection, TRMI, GREASING, ROLLING, TRIMMING all types Machine settings and also operate..

Kaizen on Machine and Mould.

Also Known Operating in Compressor Moulding.
