Job profile- 

Procurement of materials as per the plant requirements 

Negotiation with vendors in terms of price, quality and payment terms 

Vendor on boarding and approval process post vendor finalization 

Creation of PO and work order 

Inventory Receipt & issue in the SAP 

Stock verification on monthly basis 

Review & maintenance of stock as per the plant requirement 

Invoice certification basis the goods receipt 

Creation & tracking of the RGP & NRGP 

Perpetual inventory process as per policy 

Review of aging of the stock 

Review of obsolete stock and adequate adjustment in the books 

Reconciliation of the stock transfers, material in transit & inventory with 3rd party 

Review of the insurances spares & critical items stock levels & classification 

Monitoring of the shelf life items 

Creation, modification & review of the material codes
