Job profile- 

I m responsible to All closure division to maintain the Quality. 

Responsibilities to accordingly all line rejection of initially corrective & prevent action for daily basis. 

Monthly Rework, Rejection Data Analysis with Rejection Note.

Prepare monthly PPM data for Rejection Rework with Action Plans.

I m responsible to all machines to check the critical dimension analysis. 

Product Layout Report Like CTQ ( Critical to Quality). 

In process quality inspection. 

Process improvement related activity like Kaizen activity,POKA YOKE,5S etc.

Provide training to Q.A Inspector & operator.

Calibration of Instrument. 

All update documentation Process Like MIS ( Management Information System),ERP(Enterprise Resources Planning) Certificate Of Analysis,With Includes PDI Inspection.
