Job profile- 

Responsible for the print production activity of printing machine.

To match the color shade of job(color matching) and handling of spectrophotometer.

As in production I am also responsible for reporting of quality standards for incoming materials and finished products as per the laid down quality Plan.

Help operations to develop & stabilize new products introduced from time to time.

Plate mounting.

Involve  the monthly p.m. on machine.

Maintain the 5s on the shop floor.

To rectify the problem in printing and to check quality in printing by using Quality equipment.

Colour Matching booth, X rite machine, COF tester, Grayfide test, Flex test, EYEC Proffer.
