Job profile- 

To control Mould downtime and keep preventive maintenance of all injection & Blow mould . ( Ie:SBM & ISBM ) as per schedule.

To co-ordinate with Development, manufacturing and Commercial dept.to ensure of mould spare parts will be available well in time and co-ordination of related activities for 

moulds execution in time.

Analysis the product feedback data and implement corrective steps to improve product performance and reliability.

Inspection of all incoming new moulds and Modifications of existing moulds.

In Past Employer Development Work in Railway Product Testing & Dimension Reporting to H.O.

ISO Documentation work up-dation.

To prepare monthly MRM Data and analysis of major breakdown mould. 

To carry out all other jobs allocated by the seniors.

Also I am Handling both plants tool room activity independently which is located in Daman.
