Production?Plan Analysis Manpower Deployment as Per?Production?Plan. Estimation & analysis of Manpower Requirement & training to them for efficient?operation?of plant.

Experience in Man-power control. Man-power efficiency reports to be made, analyzed & reported

Responsible for all improvement/project activities to improve Productivity, Quality and Safety in process and products.

Ensure that health and safety regulations are meet 

Analysis of the rejection and participation in improvement projects like yield improvement, cost reduction, O.E.E. Improvement, cycle time reduction etc.

Co-ordinate with Supporting departments like mc Maintenance, Mould Maintenance, Planning, Quality and ensure that productivity is achieved as per CAPACITY TARGET

Reduce Line Rejection PPM by CAPA, POKA YOKE & KAIZEN Implementation.

Prepare Skill Matrix & competency chart & Plan training for Workforce.

Experience in production?Punching in SAP and Empro system.

Maintaining sufficient inventories to support continuous flow of production.

Identifying the CTQs and Critical to Process parameters to get the best quality output with minimum rejection.

Organizing repair and routine maintenance of production equipment

Organizing relevant training sessions of associates i.e Safety, Fire, KYT etc.
