Job profile- 

Work to enhance the existing quality of products and services and makes sure that the process of manufacturing the product does adhere to standards.

Maintain Daily Quality Report with taking revision of three shifts.

Daily Production line inspection as per sampling plan and sorting out failure products 

Online Quality Inspection of Product and preventing mistakes or defects in manufactured products and report to Production Engineer and QA Head.

Understanding customer specs and shearing of accurate data/information to the operation team.

Take individual decisions and approval for online Production.

Finished goods inspection and RM testing as per sampling Plan.

Maintain Quality within various process Ex. CPP,Metallizer, Lamination, blown Film.

Approval of Daily Pre-Production Plan as Per Specification in Job ticket and Preparing QA Certificates and outgoing vehicle inspection reports.

Emailing to concerned Person with Regards daily issues and information?s  and Data Maintaining for Customer Complaint Analysis, Maintained CAPA and NC Report.0
