SKILLS

? Experience in formulation R&D for color Masterbatch and compounding. Knowledge and experience in 

color Pigments, Dyes; functional additives, Carbon Black, Feelers (Like Tio2. Knowledge about effect of 

TiO2 like Dullness, Brightness.) 

? Skill to new Color Development using various colorants. and Selection of appropriate Colorants. Expertise in 

color matching towards standard by visually in various light sources and by using spectrophotometer.

Experience of doing corrections of rejected MBs, Experience to carryout Validations. 

? Experience in Masterbatches of base polymers- PET, PP, and Nylon. Expertise to make formulation recipe 

for masterbatch and simple conversion of recipe from masterbatch to compounding and vice versa.

? Knowledge about Visible lights sources Like ? Day light D 65, UV, CWF, TL84, UL35, Horizon etc.

? Knowledge and experience to handle color spectrophotometer, and aware about color theory.

? Knowledge about Twin screw extruder, FPV (Filter pressure value) testing for Masterbatch. MFI (Melt 

flow index) for filler masterbatch.

? Knowledge of mechanical properties of polymers- Hardness, tensile strength, Impact strength, melt flow 

index (MFI), Absolute viscosity of Polymer or polymer solution, rheological properties. Handling and 

maintaining laboratory equipment?s like- spectrophotometer, moisture analyzer, Impact tester hardness 

tester, Injection molding, extruders. 

? Experience in Masterbatch for Synthetic fiber- PET, PP, Nylon, Dope dyeing of fiber. Knowledge about 

Melt spinning (Synthetic Fibers Spinning) BCF?Bulk Continuous Filaments (Polyester, Nylon and 

Polypropylene).

? Expertise in characterization of polymers (Polymer Testing?s)- Determination of Total solid content 

(TSC), ii) Determination of moisture content, iii) Determination of Molecular weight iv) Determination of

Density and bulk density v) Determination of viscosity of polymers using Brookfield viscometer, TGA, 

DSC, DTA. 

? Expertise in monitoring the reaction of Polymer synthesis. Expertise in Resin synthesis and formulation. 

Expertise in End group analysis of Polymer.

? Identification of given Polymer samples

? Good Learning ability, Coordinating ability, Good communication skill.

? Good team handling ability, experience in doing teamwork.
