FPA Approval/ line clearance, as per customer specification.

In process (Std.Specification ,Process Parameter).

Final ( Pre Dispatch Inspection ).

Training of personal regarding GMP & CCP. 

Knowledge of basic 7 QC tools, Kaizen & 5S System .

Knowledge of MFI, ESCR & Top Load test,sealing & leakage test.

Conduct Functional tests to ensure that quality standards were met

Weight saving and rejection analysis on daily bases.

To prepare all Respective Document.

Handle Non conference & Close it.
