Job Profile:-

?Daily inspection of production line.

?Responsible for Final Inspection Stage (PDI).

?Maintaining and updating the Batch Manufacturing Records.

?Sampling approval process, review, set critical quality points and RCA CAPA.

?Monitoring Procurement and Finishing as per standards.

?Knowledge of PPAP, FIFO & 7 QC Tools.

?Familiarity of the various processes involved in production.

?Daily inspection of production line.

?Responsible for continual improvement activities such as 5s, Kaizen.

?Rejection analysis prepare & present to the next level.
