Job profile- 

Working as a shift in charge & Manpower handling with scheduling working to control activities of the 

shift & attend technical fault.

During slitting do the gradations of slit order rolls, If any deviation are observed in a slit roll, inform the concerned department & do the reject to roll.

To check the sample whiles the process and give the quick feedback to line in charge & to take decision conforming and non conforming product whiles the process.

To prepare daily shift report & circulate concern dept.

Daily process audit for shop floor rest material in slit order rolls & found any deviation inform to concern dept. & correction it. 

To Prepare Certificate of Analysis supplied material to customer & send to marketing person.

During of Container loading  take the packing audit for supply material to customer

To Prepare Corona Treatment Solution

Knowledge of Extrusion thermal Coating & Metalize films. 

Other Responsibility (Packing & Raw Material Inspection) :-

Testing of Corrugated Box like, Burst Strength & Moisture Contents

Testing Paper core Inner & Outer diameter, Wall thickness, Moisture Contents and Crushing Strength

Check moisture contents of wooden pallet & Containers

Testing of MFI of incoming raw materials

Testing of Moisture contents of raw materials.
