JOB PROFILE:-

Reporting to the Production (HOD) Head of department.

Daily shop floor meeting with Production Manager as well as worker regarding the issue.

Good knowledge of injection moulding process and mould change process.

Knowledge of operation of injection moulding machine.

Good knowledge of trouble shooting in injection moulding machine.

Knowledge of raw material and process improvement.

Daily entry of production report

Some other activity like kaizen & poka -yoke.

Plastics material handling like ABS , PC CLEAR , PC+ABS , PC+ASA

PC GREY , PBT,	PMMA RED , PMMA CLEAR AND BMC(THERMOSET)etc.

Ability to Operate Injection Molding Machines- Nanrong 350T to1350T , Ferromatic 275T to 1300T,TOSHIBA 1075T   Battlefield 350T  etc. injection moulding machine

Ancillary Equipment- Chillier, Dehumidifier, MTC, HRTC etc.



MACHINING    KNOWLEDGE:   MOULDINGM/CFERROMATIC(275T     to    1300T), TOSHIBA (1075 T), NANRONG (350T to1300 T), BATTLEFIELD (350 T).



MATERIAL KNOWLEDGE: ABS, PC+ABS, PBT, PC, PC+ASA, BMC (THERMOSET) etc.

Hot runner/semi hot runner mould,
