Job profile- 

Working as Maintenance engineer and looking on to, Total plant maintenance which includes machine shop as well as 

utility. Machine shop includes Press shop (Transfer press 3000T, Blanking press 1000T, Progressive press 250T, Tandem 

press 250T), Assembly line (Fanuc 2000ic 165F Robot, Denyo statuary welding machine, etc.) and Tool room machinery.

Utility includes Transformers, HT/LT Panel?s, Scrap Conveyor, Compressor, Cooling tower, WTP and STP.

My work profile is to make sure that all machine and utility are maintained in healthy condition. And carry out all the 

PM as per plan and attend any kind of emergency breakdown. My main area of focus is to reduce MTTR, and improve

MTBF
