New colors development as per customers requirements.

Redevelop and/or modify the master-batches formulas as per customers requirements.

React in a timely manner in order to satisfy the requests of customers

Evaluate and approve the color match

Quality Control Testing of Incoming pigments supplies.

QC testing of online production samples.

QC testing of SPC (Single Pigment Concentrate) production sample.

Working on lab scale blown film plant, filter pressure value machine, Injection molding machine, lab scale Raffia 

machine, compression molding, two roll mill & multi filament machine.

Learned and gained hand-on experience on Spectrophotometer as a color deviation measuring method.

Learned and gained hand-on various plastic testing such as UTM, Impact Strength, MFI, HDT, VST, Moisture Content,
