Handling plant operations which include production, quality and maintenance testing and packing,

To reduce in-house rejection under target.

To manage workforce to achieve efficiency.

To ensure timely dispatch to moulding parts to assembly.

To adhere plan vs actual production 100%.

To analyse rejection/ down time to avoid rejection occurrences.

To participate in continual improvement /kaizen/suggestions etc.
