Job Profile/Responsibility: 

MIS Report ? 

Preparing Monthly Product Wise Cost Sheet, highlighting allied reports Such as Profit or Loss-Making 

Components, plant efficiencies, Idle capacity, Idle time, Productivity etc. 

Various Board meeting MIS reports. 

Provide support to existing management information systems (MIS) and prepare various MIS report as per 



Management. 

Product Costing - 

Calculating accurate product costs. 

Identifying areas of potential cost saving and reduction. 

Variance analysis ? Actual V/s Standard and its reporting. 

Verification and creation of Cost center. 

Cost center wise MHR Activity rate updating in system. 

Inventory Valuation - 

Inventory Valuation, Piece Rate Provision & audit assistance. 

COGS comparison with Sales price and correction if required, till resolution. 

Statutory compliance & Other work ? 

Responsible for Various Statutory Compliance ? Preparation of CAS-4, RBI monthly Production Data Etc.

Monthly P&L Tracking along with Sales Ratio and finding abnormality. 

Monthly plant wise COPQ reporting. 

System Related Work - Customer Price (PO and POAM) / STO updating and Verification, Individual 

Product cost run, Inventory Adjustment, Creation of Investment order etc. 

Perform other duties as required support to department and assist in various Audits.



Costing and Finance Accountant

Collect cost information. 

Analyzing inventory valuations. 

Plan and record variable costs (e.g. purchases of raw material and operations costs)

Analyzing manufacturing operations, equipment availability and utilization 

Calculation of Machine hour rate of different machine. 

Ensuring and Valuation Operations cost and Product cost. 

Responsible for Direct Tax and Indirect Tax Compliance- Return Payment
