? Manpower Handling.

? Documents like, Hourly Production Reports, MIS(Management information systems), 

Rejection and Lumps data check sheet, 4M Change prepared.

? Machine wise OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) sheet prepared.

? Maximize productivity of machinery and workers?.

? Responsible for daily production plan according to customer requirements and meeting daily production target.

? Provide training to manpower for new machines operators. 

? Provide training to manpower of defects of Parts.

? Daily 5 S And TPM maintain.

? Daily Material stock checking , Material issue Plan according.

Injection molding Processing:

1.Hydraulic and Toggle type injection molding machine.

2. Process knowledge of injection molding Start up and shutdown procedures.

3.Process knowledge of mould loading and unloading procedures.

KNOWLEDGE OF INSTRUMENT:

Knowledge of inspection instruments like Venire caliper, Micrometer,

Height gauge, hardness tester spring torsion/compression tester etc.

Assembly line Complain, Handling and analysis due lo Plastic parts

Function and visually defects, follow-ups and corrective actions.
