Job profile-

Generation of PPAP Documents & Records as per Quality Manual.

Responsible for managing quality at various Inspection stages i.e. In-Process & (PDI)

Final stage.

Analyzing the line rejection on daily basis and taking corrective and preventive actions.

Review and verify all In-Process & PDI reports on daily basis.

Co-ordination with Prod. & QA Dept. for corrective & Preventive actions for all Non Conformity observed.

Take corrective & Preventive actions to resolve HMSI Line Problems.

Deciding preventive actions to minimize monthly rejection rating.

Ensure disposition action taken for non-conformance detected in In-process & Final Inspection (PDI).

Use 7Qc Tool, 5W&2H sheet for solving quality troubles & quality improvements.

Prepare 5W2H sheet as per customer compliant and OPL updation & display on inspection table as per customer complaint.

Training Provide to all Inspector & Associates on the basis of Customer Complaint.

Customer support customer complaint register updation on daily basis.

Customer returns product analyses.

Material & mold trial participation.

Three Year Experience in M/S Sanko Gosei JRG Automotive (I) Pvt. Ltd. (Bawal) as Quality Sr. Engineer since 2016 to 2019. SGJA is an ISO/TS 16949:2009

certified company of Honda Group. It involves with manufacturing of Injection molded parts for automotive industry. Main customers are HMSI, HCIL, MCIL, SMIPL, Daikin, and Autoliv.



Job Responsibility

Responsible for the Assy. line problems due to incoming aterial and analysis.

Check and ok the regular incoming materials and layout.

Taking feedback from Assy. line & PDI team regarding rejection and discuss in our department head.

To conduct Daily analysis with team members for 20 minutes on PDI to improve 5?S Safety, Quality & improvement plans.

Responsible for PDI shift schedule.
