Establish goal and targets for QC department.

Handling of Customer Complaints and prepare CAPA for the same.

Attend and resolve customer complaints with proper record keeping.

Ensure QC department records are up-to-date, accurate and the data is analyzed for identifying trends.

Review and prepare SOPs, quality manual for the QC department.

Adopt best QC practices in packaging industry and undertake continual improvement of QC department.

Online Verify Quality Inspection and Checking at Printing, Lamination, Slitting and Pouching stage.

Communication with director and other departments in the company as necessary.

Control of non-conforming material (incoming, production process, finished goods, trail production) including identification and labelling of material and record keeping of action taken.

Practice 5S in all over Plant.

Enforce discipline and ensure all persons in QC comply with code of conduct. Take appropriate disciplinary action when violation of code of conduct has been noticed in department.

Ensure all test and laboratory equipment is competently and correctly used by staff and maintained in good condition including annual maintenance and calibration.
