Job Profile 

Responsible for 

? Responsible for Moulding production deptt. Manpower and shop Floor management etc. 

? Handling the team of 20 engineers and 50 moulding machine 

? Control the BOM cost of the product and wastage. 

? Implement the system to improve the shop floor practices 

? Consumable part?s planning, monthly target achieve 

? Development of new vendor to reduce the cost of existing spare 

? Interaction with the Machine and other spare provider. 

? Interaction with other deptt. For day to day problem and other planning. 

? Meet the management?s target of production, consumption & m/c up time. 

? Involvements in the new development trial 

? Trouble shooting the problem related to production, machine and mould. 

? Provide the process & mould training to the team member. 

Project done for wastage saving & productivity improvement:- 

? Polycarbonate saving through reducing the purge loss from 200kg to 60kg per month. 

? Reduce the cycle time from 4.0sec to 3.0 sec. 

? Increase the stamper life by improving the handling technique & proper care of mould cleaning. 

? Install the granulator to recycle the on line sprue 

? Thickness reduction of the disc to reduce the BOM cost of the product
