Operator to Gallus , flexo printing machine handle 

Plate making , plate mounting, online ink mixing and matching.

Shade matching, full quality in production

Flexo printing machine Handle

FULLY machine maintenance any problem solved.

Handle all activity related to printing production.

Knowledge of printing machine technical parameter (Corona Treatment Voltage, grear, roller, anilox roller , uv lamp & more) & specification.

Meeting the production target with minimum wastage and best Quality Efforts.

Establishing and maintaining good housekeeping by 5s technique.



Knowledge of Printing defects

Registration out, Ghost image, Length variation.

Ink filling, Shade variation, Ink lifting, white spot, Hage, curl, INK not dry & much more.

Solve trouble shouting in printing machine during operation.

Handle & manage team of printing operator (5-8 people).

Supervision of Team members & track performance.

Follow pre- maintenance activity & schedule of machine.

Acts as a Project Leader for the new jobs proofing and development.

Production entry, Scrap Report & much more ?

Knowledge of ABL & PBL/POLY/FILM/ LABALE AND. Tubes parts, Specification , Technical parameters,  detects.

Other knowledge:- Quality, Graphics, Negative

Create & Mange all production report& document like SAP entry , QA- entry,  production entry, Scrap Report & much more.
