Production Planning & Ensure Production figures

Ensure required raw material from store as per production schedule

Ensuring optimum utilization of manpower & machinery

Manpower Handling & its scheduling, Reporting to Production Manager

Involving documentation of ISO -13485,ISO -14001. 

To set up moulding parameters for achieving best quality products

Sorting of processing faults by which product is affected qualitatively

Changing of different moulds in the m/c & setting of process parameter accordingly

Co-ordination with Maintenance Deptt. for any Preventive or Breakdown maintenance issue

Increasing the productivity with better quality of the product through process optimization

Exposure on multi cavity moulds

Supervise production lines to meet production plan

Simultaneously working towards productivity and quality improvement through Kaizen activities.

Tool trials as per tool room requirements & maintain the report for the future reference

Ensuring proper department housekeeping & safety standards as per as ISO norms
