Looking after production activities such as successive implementation of Production, Planning and achieving set Production Target with right quality by following the right safety requirements.

Process monitoring & troubleshooting.

Inventory control in shop floor (RM, packaging materials, consumables)

Daily Operations MIS reports for the department.

Manpower Deployment and job allocation (handling crew of 12 employees).

Leading department meetings on daily & weekly basis to set the targets to achieve department KPIs (Safety KPIs (LTI Near Miss & MTC) Hold, NCR, waste, &OEE)

Participating the audit (customer audits, ISO food safety & GMP audits, ISO safety audit, WCOM audits)

Reconciliation of RM material (resin & Labels), packaging material, man-hours, machine hours. 

Leading the department RCA (BD, CCR, repeated NCR, safety Incident)

Department Budget preparation on Yearly basis and maintaining the target of Budget

Monitoring results for adherence and effectiveness of CILT (Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication & Tightening).
