Job profile

Mould development ?lead/plan/follow up all process of Mould manufacturing, Mould fitting & trail .

Mould manufacturing planning through ERP cad micro-VMC, W/C, EDM, all conventional machining and hardening tooling items .steel, standard parts & Mould base procurement.

Responsible for Mould fitting ?blue matching, polishing, hot runner fitting

Review tool drawings before development and provide feedback using my experience. 

Knowledge of mold material selection and standard parts.

Manufacturing environment requiring the knowledge and use of special safety precautions

Ability to investigate tooling problems and bench test new tools for proper fitting , clearances, and tolerance

Ability to identify and resolve clearly defined problems

Joint Mould trial with production members to improve mould quality and help to mould process parameter setting.

Exposure on Mould Commissioning, Mould Validation, IQ, OQ, PQ Process.

Incoming mould inspection/verification

Analyze/action/plan/review for breakdown reduction

Responsible for maintain 5S, 5M,KAIZEN, PPAP & APQP Process.
