To provide the entire electrical solutions as per requirement & To check the entire work as according to approved drawings.

Knowledge of auxiliary equipment involved in injection molding machine.

Knowledge of molding processes. 

I worked on horizontal and vertical injection molding machine and I have knowledge in both.

Analysis of electrical consumption & consumed demand. & Daily maintain the power consumption report. 

Weekly preparing the Formats of Preventive Maintenance.

All hydraulics & pneumatic s valve checked and repairing If possible.

Checked and set nozzle centering & Checked balancing the parrality between the clamping plate maintain the the tie rod distance & automatic
