Prepare audit schedule i.e. layered audit, 5 s audit, process audit, system audit and product audit.

Collect MRM from all departments on monthly basis and represent to managing director.

Making MIS report of Quality dep?t on daily basis.

Prepare Management Review Meeting [MRM] on monthly basis.

Take lead during external customer audit.

Prepare and send CAPA ( 8 D ) against customer complaint and implemented at shop floor 

Maintain and controls of format, procedure, work instruction, documents, at one place.

Prepare limit sample of running parts on the behalf of customer approved master sample.

Prepare Part [criteria] Development report according to customer Engineering drawing 

Prepare SPC (Statical process control) for critical component.

Prepare plant capacity , machine capacity & for new development part

I am ISO/TS -16949 certified internal auditor

Daily meeting with Shift Engineer as well as worker regarding the issue i.e. process quality
