Development feasibility of specific products.

Collect all necessary data for design of Rubber moulds and required machine parameters.

Planning and final coating for rubber moulds as per required volume.

Follow up for manufacturing with tool room department.

Follow up for assemblies and trial of rubber moulds.

To interact with production and Quality for new development & improvement.

To help & co-ordinate in department for all development activities, ongoing projects, time plans, development updates.

Cost calculation for new R/moulds development with purchase & production department.

Development of new products gauges, fixtures & cutting Fixtures.

New development time plan & process flow diagram.

Internal process verification to improve product quality.

Interact with tool supplier for quality related issue.

Responsible for preparation of Monthly MIS.

Responsible for Kiazen, Poke-Yoke & 5S related issue.

Design Engineer

Job profile- 

2D & 3D part design for hoses. (Two wheeler fuel pipes, air pipe, extruded hoses etc.

Development of 2D & 3D hoses.(Design cad, receiving & cutting fixtures etc)

Plan cavity layout for rubber moulds and design.

Meeting with development person for new upcoming projects.

Costing for new development related (rubber moulds layout and cavity acc. annual volume.)

Collect necessary input for design rubber moulds as per requirements of development person.

Joint inspection of moulded part with development person. 

Data handover to manufacturing department for further process. (Tool room)

Co ordinate with Tool room for manufacturing issues and feasibility.

New development process and time plan.

Responsible for on time design delivery for mfg and further with inspection reports.

Responsibilities of 3D printer product development & internal inspection.

Review meeting with customer for received design from customers.

Responsible for maintaining cad data and 2D drawings with records master lists.

Weekly shop floor visit related production issues in development trials.

Worked as Design Engineer with M/s KANGAROO INDIA (P) LTD, Delhi. From January 2016 to December 2016. (Designing on cad software`s Uni-graphic NX 10.0) plastic product & tools design.

Manufactures and supplier of branded (kangaroo) stationary products to worldwide.
