Job profile- 

Production Planning & Control:

Planning & Managing of raw Materials, Master Batches & all type of packing materials as per customer requirements on monthly basis. All RM-PM requirement plans to purchase forecasting and follow up.

Managing complete manufacturing operations with a view to ensure fulfillment of production targets within time and cost parameters.

Planning day-to-day activities, production schedule & allocating work for achieving daily production target.

Generating regular production outputs and efficiency & Yield reports.



Plant Operations and Maintenance:

Performing functions of troubleshooting & breakdown / preventive / shutdown maintenance for bringing down molding machines &equipment?s downtime to a minimum level.

Preparing maintenance schedules, conducting regular tests to ensure the performance capacity of various molding machines & equipment?s.

Planning & controlling the spare procurement.

Imparting training to operational staff in proper use of the new systems.

Setting of initial machine operation parameters for the start up production unit.

Achieve the production target both qualitatively as well as quantitatively with minimum wastage and minimum power consumption.

Conduct trials for new molds and new materials.

Manpower distribution according to the production planning.



Quality management systems:

Responsibilities of Quality Plastic Processing & Overseeing adherence & implementation of quality norms (ISO 9001, ISO: 22000:2005) by subordinates.

Ensuring that company?s QMS is understood & followed by downstream Operator & workmen level.
