Performing root cause failure analysis of repetitive breakdowns occurring in the plant and tacking corrective measures for the same.

Always try to apply preventive concept to increase the life cycle of parts up to its Natural Deterioration level.

Working towards maintenance cost reduction by under taking indignation of high value/OEM spares.



PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

Handling manpower planning in the turn-around & allocating them for the execution of the jobs.

Implementing different TPM programs in Production Dept. and also leading the Dept.

Assessing existing plant capacities and processes and initiating efforts for improving the same.

Vendor development for the spare parts for successful execution of various jobs.

Preparing time base maintenance schedules and cost sheets for machines.

Preparing reports and documents of the whole department as per requirement.
