Production and capacity planning of molding function and ensure 100% production target achievement as per plan.

Responsible for assuring the efficient use of materials, machines, molds, auxiliary equipment's.

Responsible for the development and implementation of long- term and short-term goals for molding department.

Lead TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) program of molding and utility area to increase OEE.

Set molding process parameter to ensure the product meets dimensional and quality requirements.

Assure compliance to all molding area related procedure, policies and work instruction.

Constantly maintain safety precautions and procedures and maintain a safe and orderly work area.

Perform capacity analysis, Rejection control, Manpower cost, Power cost & cycle time studies
