Market catered by the company includes Passenger Cars, Utility Vehicles, and Tractors & 2 Wheelers. Major Domestic Customers-Maruti Udyog Ltd,Tata Motors, M & M Ltd, Bajaj Auto, Hero Honda etc

Overseas Customers: 

Bosch USA, Sirmac Italy, GM(South Africa), Brembo(Italy) 

JOB profile includes product & vendor development of safety critical brake components. Monitor up to initial few lots after PPAP & hand over to Production Cell. 



Regular Activity-

Reporting to - Dy GM ?Product Development 

Vendor Selection/ Evaluation/ Periodic Audit 

Preparation of RFQ?s

Costing/ negotiation & finalization of deals.

Create SAP Master data.

Co ordinate for Sample inspection/Testing as per standard/Validation,

Corrective action on Quality Requirements of new development.

PPAP (Jointly with QA) & Pilot lot procurement (accept 2 lots) & Handover to Production Cell.

Localization of Imported parts

Corrective action at Vendor for Quality or Commercial issue related to hand over parts. Key 



Areas of development:

Rubber and plastic items like critical brakes seals & Oil Reservoirs.



Additional Activity - 

Core team member in ISO14001 certification activity. 

E-Procurement (Reverse Auction). 

VA/VE implementation. 

Implementation of Third party logistics for JIT & DOL deliveries for bought out parts.
